In the city of Taldom, Moscow region, law enforcement agencies suppressed the illegal production of counterfeit motor oil marked by well-known brands. An automated filling line, equipment for packing and loading motor oil, more than 50 tons of petroleum products, as well finished products and labels of various brands were found and seized. According to preliminary data, the prevented damage for the rightholders more than 8 million rubles. A criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 180 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal use of means of individualization of goods (works, services)". The investigation is ongoing.
